Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service availability, and external factors such as weather or logistics delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, RizzShoes is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

RizzShoes will not be responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our support team will investigate and assist you with a replacement or resolution.
