Refund policy

Eligible for Return / Replacement:

Only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (clear images & videos of the issue).

The exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.

Not Eligible for Return / Replacement:

Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

Change of mind or dislike of fragrance.

  • Attached images and videos showing the defect

Once verified, our team will process a replacement or refund within 4–6 working days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
